Vietape FR4-9200 is a glass fiber reinforced epoxy laminate with excellent electrical insulation, mechanical strength and flame retardancy (UL94 V-0). It offers stable performance up to 135 °C, good chemical and moisture resistance and low water absorption. Available with an optional double-sided acrylic tape on one or both sides for peel-and-stick assembly, die-cut to drawing.
