Foam tapes

Foam tapes use a compressible foam carrier — polyurethane, polyethylene, EVA, EPDM or neoprene — coated with adhesive on one or both faces. The foam conforms to irregular surfaces and absorbs tolerance differences between parts, which makes these tapes suitable for sealing, gasketing, cushioning and vibration damping.
