Vietape UGNE-TC is a ceramic fiber aerogel insulation sheet: a nanocomposite of ceramic fibers and silica aerogel. Thermal conductivity is 0.024 W/(m·K) at 25 °C and stays at 0.051 W/(m·K) at 500 °C. Non-combustible (UL94 V0, GB 8624 Grade A), hydrophobic and halogen-free, it is used for fire protection and thermal runaway prevention in EV and energy-storage battery packs.
